Privacy.

We collect information you voluntarily submit, such as listing submissions, correction reports, claims, newsletter signups and contact messages. Public business information may be displayed in the directory after review.

Individual community-service providers

We do not ask individual babysitters, nannies, tutors or similar providers to publish a private home address. City and service area are sufficient.

Forms and security

We use a session cookie to protect forms against unauthorized submissions. To limit spam, the server keeps a short-lived hashed network-address identifier and request count. Entries expire after ten minutes and are removed on a subsequent submission. Hosting logs may also record network addresses and requests.

Claimant emails and submitter contact details are available to moderators and are not included in public listing responses. Newsletter signup saves your preferences; repeated signup does not silently undo an unsubscribe.

Typography

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google to retrieve those font files.

Analytics and vendors

Production deployment may use privacy-conscious analytics, email delivery, payment processing and security vendors. This page should be updated before enabling any vendor that introduces cookies, tracking or additional data processing.
